Mojito From Scratch
1.5 oz. white rum
.75 oz. Major Peters' Bar Syrup
half of a lime, cut into wedges
8 to 10 mint leaves
2 oz. Club Soda
Combine Major Peters' Bar Syrup, lime and mint. Muddle ingredients to extract the juice of the limes. Fill glass half way with crushed ice. Add Rum and stir to combine. Top with more crushed ice and club soda. Garnish with lime wedge and sprig of mint.
