Major Peters’ Margarita Pie
3 pints vanilla ice cream
1 cup Major Peters' Margarita mix
2 Tbsp. tequila (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. lime peel (grated)
1 ready-made graham cracker crust
Place ice cream in a large glass bowl. Microwave at medium power (50 percent) 50 to 60 seconds or until softened. Stir in Margarita mix, tequila (if used) and lime peel. Spoon into piecrust and freeze overnight. Before serving, garnish with whipped topping and kiwi fruit slices or lime slices.
