Major Peters' Margarita Marinated Chicken Breasts


4 whole boneless chicken breasts 
1 cup Major Peters' Margarita Mix
1/4 cup Tequila (optional)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup catsup
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 Tsp. fresh chopped garlic
2 Tsp. each oregano, basil, marjoram, thyme and rosemary 
2 Tbsp lime juice

Combine all ingredients, except the chicken, in a medium bowl and blend to create a marinade. Place chicken in a zip lock bag and pour marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove chicken from bag and grill or broil, turning once and basting occasionally with marinade every 10 minutes. Arrange chicken on a platter, sprinkle with remaining cilantro for final seasoning touch. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
