Flambeed Bananas Ole
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup Major Peters' Margarita Mix
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
6 tablespoon orange flavor or liqueur
Peel bananas, cutting in half lengthwise and again crosswise. Heat butter and Margarita Mix in a skillet; add bananas and cook over medium heat, turning often, until bananas are soft but not mushy. Sprinkle with orange rind. Warm orange flavor (or liqueur), and spoon over bananas. Makes a great last-minute dessert.
